Our role
For loans and insurance we act as a consultant and distributor: we do not lend money or issue insurance policies ourselves. Every loan is sanctioned by a bank or NBFC, and every policy is issued by an insurer, under its own terms and at its own discretion. For income tax, GST, accounting and advisory work, we prepare and file on the basis of the information and records you give us.
No guarantee of approval or outcome
Nothing on this website is an offer of a loan or a commitment to sanction. Eligibility and EMI figures from our calculators are indicative and based on your inputs. Tax, refund and assessment outcomes depend on the law and on the facts and records of your case.
Your information
You confirm that the information and documents you give us are true, complete and yours to give. Returns and applications are prepared on that basis, and a false or forged document ends our engagement.
Fees and charges
Our professional fees are agreed with you before work begins. Processing fees, premiums, valuation and legal charges levied by lenders and insurers are theirs, and are disclosed to you before you accept.
Training
Course content, duration, fees and placement assistance are confirmed at enrolment. Placement assistance means helping you reach employers who are hiring; it is not a guarantee of employment.
Third-party websites
This website may link to government portals, lenders and insurers. We are not responsible for their content or terms.
Limitation of liability
We are responsible for our own services to you. We are not liable for a lender’s or insurer’s decision, for delays at their end, or for consequences of information you did not disclose to us.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Surat, Gujarat have jurisdiction.
