Gatiman Global Finance Corp ("we", "us") provides loan, insurance, income tax, GST, accounting and financial consultancy services from Surat, Gujarat. This policy explains what we collect when you use this website or engage us, why we collect it, and who we share it with.

What we collect

The details you give us yourself — your name, mobile number, email address, city and the service you need — and, when you go ahead with a service, the identity, income, business, tax and property documents that service requires. We also collect basic technical information such as your IP address and browser type when you visit this website.

Why we collect it

To respond to your enquiry; to prepare and file your returns and accounts; to check your eligibility and submit loan applications to banks and NBFCs; to compare and arrange insurance; and to keep you informed about your work with us. We may also tell you about services we think are relevant — you can ask us to stop at any time.

Who we share it with

Only with those who need it to deliver the service you asked for: banks, NBFCs, insurers and their verification agencies; the income-tax and GST portals when we file on your behalf; a practising Chartered Accountant where an audit or certification is required; and our own staff working on your file. We do not sell your data, and we share it with no one else unless the law or a regulator requires it.

Credit information

When you ask us to check your loan eligibility, you authorise us and our partner lenders to obtain your credit information report from a credit bureau. That report is used to assess your application and for no other purpose.

How long we keep it

Tax, accounting and loan records are kept for as long as the law or the lender requires. Enquiry records are kept for as long as they are useful to serve you. You may ask us to delete information we are not required to keep.

Your choices
